Monthly Livestream/Q&A Sessions
These monthly livestreams are fun an open-ended sessions where I play a bit and take questions. I've been doing them every month since 2020! We talk more in depth about topics introduced in the Lesson Videos, as well as any other questions you may have. Occasionally I have guests on the livestream. Past guests have included Melissa Aldana, Cecile McLorin Salvant, Pablo Menares, and Ken Peplowski.
All of these livestreams are archived, and can be watched at anytime.
Monthly Masterclasses
Every month, in addition to the Monthly Livestream/Q&A, I host a monthly Masterclass. Unlike the Livestreams, these Masterclasses are focused on a specific topic. There is a rotation of about 12 topics, so over the course of the year a student will have seen the whole cycle. Most of these topics are based on ideas in the Lesson Videos, and serve to elaborate on those topics. The topics for this year will be:
